Accept pets

Accept pets is a great feature for accepting electronic pet data from a source outside of KM.

If you are unsure if a vendor you are using has the ability to import pet data into your KM system please contact us.

When pet data is ready to accept into your KM system the number of pet records available will appear in () parenthesis on the Main Menu. 
To Accept this pet data:

1. Click on Accept Pets
   
2. If you are accepting all available pet records click on the Green Accept All button.  If you wish to only accept some of the pet data check off the grey boxes next to the pets you wish to accept.
   
3. Once you have the appropriate records selected click the Blue Next Button
   
4. On the final confirmation page click the Green Confirm Button to complete the Acceptance Process.
   
5. Now the pets will be available under your Current Pets View
