Dog Training Module
Located under the Main Menu (more options), this module includes a calendar for scheduling training classes for your customer and adopters.
Adding Pets and Owners to Your Account
From the Add Items Menu click +Pet. Once you add the pet to your account click the Green Adopt Button to attach the pet's owner to that pet. Once you click the adopt button you will have the option to add the training package to the pet. Be sure to add a training package to the pet so they will appear on your Pending Training report. Once you have the pet and owner added they are ready to add to a training class.
Setting Trainer's Schedules
To set Specific Trainer's Availability click on the Trainer List and then click edit next to the trainer you would like to work on first. You don't need to have specific Trainer availability set but if you do have multiple trainers and multiple people scheduling classes it can be useful as the calendar will alert you if the trainer selected is not available.

Adding Classes
You will need to add classes to your calendar before you can schedule a pet for a class. To do so open the training module and click the Green Add Class button.
- If the class you are adding is a weekly class you can enter the date range you would like for the class to run. Then specify the time, interval and day(s) of the week for that class. You can choose anything for the Title of the class. This will display on the calendar view. Use the class description box to enter any details regarding this class. Once you have these thing specified, click Next and you will see a confirmation of the classes that are about to be added to your calendar. Once you confirm those classes will now appear on your calendar and are ready to add pets.

Adding Pets to a Class
There are multiple ways to add a pet to a class.
- 1. Click on the class you would like to add a pet to from the calendar. Scroll down and click the green Add People button. (reminder the pet must be in your account prior to adding it to a class) Search for the pet and once you click on the pet you will get a confirm registration button. Click this and the pet will now be added to that class. If you would like to add additional pets to this class continue this same process.
- 2. You can also add a pet to an account directly from the pet's profile. Search the pet either in the advanced search or the quick search on your home screen. Under the pet's profile page click on the blue More Button and then choose Training. Then click the Green Register Class button. This will take you to your training calendar with that pet already selected so you just need to click on the class you would like to add that pet to and click the Confirm Registration button .

Pending Training Report
This report will display customers who have purchased a training package with you but have not yet scheduled a class. You can click from this report to add their pet to a class or remove them from the report if they will no longer be attending classes.
Training History Report
This report will show you a list of all of the customers and their pets that have attended classes for the specified date range.
Class Reminders
If your customer's have email addresses on file they will receive an automated reminder 24 hrs prior to any class they are schedule for. If you would like to send additional class reminders you can do so by click on the Send Email Reminder link on any class.
Print Class Roster
You can print a class roster from any scheduled class by clicking on the Print Class Roster Link on that class.
Deleting a Class
If you need to remove a class from your calendar, click on the class you desire to delete and then click the red delete button.
Training Report Cards and Notes
On each pet's profile under the More Section you can click on training and you will be able to keep a training report card updated as well as add notes on that pet's training progress. Any notes added in this section will also appear in the notes section on the class roster.
